Supportgene Roofing is a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent roofing providers. If you run a roofing company and want to be considered for homeowner calls, this page is for you.

This is not a job posting. Supportgene Roofing does not hire roofers as employees. Providers stay independent. You run your own crews, set your own prices, and manage your own schedule.

Who are we looking for?

The network is open to local roofing contractors who take pride in clear, honest work. It helps if you:

• Focus on new roof installation and full replacement
• Serve homeowners in and around Portland, OR
• Carry the licenses and insurance your state requires
• Are comfortable working on wood-frame homes, from older craftsman houses to newer townhomes
• Understand wet-climate roofing, including moss, damp, and wind

Storm work is welcome too, including storm damage repair and hail damage roof replacement.

What do we expect from providers?

Homeowners come to this site feeling unsure. Providers should help them feel steady. That means:

• Returning homeowner calls in a timely, polite way
• Giving written quotes in plain language
• Showing up when you say you will, or letting the homeowner know early
• Being clear about what is and is not included in the price
• Treating photos, notes, and records as useful tools, not hassles

Providers should never make promises about insurance outcomes. Leave claim decisions to the homeowner and their insurer.

How do I apply?

Send a short email to contact@supportgene.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The types of roofing work you handle
• Your license and insurance details
• A way to reach you, such as a phone number or email

We read each note and reply if there looks to be a fit. Joining the network does not promise a set number of calls. Fees and terms are shared up front, before anything starts.
