What Happens After I Send It?
We read your request and pass it to a local provider in our network. The provider reaches out to talk through your roof and set up a look at it. Timing varies by provider, so you can also request a callback to check availability.
The provider, not Supportgene Roofing, does the inspection and the work. We just make the first step easier.
Am I Stuck If I Say Yes to an Estimate?
Not at all. There is no obligation and no pressure. Compare what you hear, ask questions, and decide on your schedule.
A helpful tip: start a folder now. Add your photos, notes and any quotes you collect. Being organized makes every conversation easier, including one with your insurer.
